Not nearly as much as sleep does. Especially coming home from a business trip. Most people are not FT'ers. Flying is just a tool for many of us to get to/from our destination as quickly as psbl with as much sleep as psbl

I lucked out last week - flew round trip NRT-FRA as the ONLY passenger in F on the 380 (on both flights). Yes, I'm sure there were some nice views down there but it was much nicer to have the whole cabin blacked out so I could sleep aas much as psbl
