Was surprised by my recent stay. Per the hotel's website, plenty of standard rooms were available, with the exception of Executive Suites. So I wasn't expecting an upgrade using my SNAs. At the 4 day mark, I saw that I was upgraded to a Panoramic Suite. Then a day or two later, found myself upgraded again to a Penthouse Suite! Fantastic view with all the snow and such.

I don't know if being a 75 night plat had anything to do with the upgrade, but I just booked my next stay here!
