Flew to SFO a few weeks ago in window seat. Woman in aisle seat behind askes me to close my blind as she couldnt see her TV. I didnt want to close it but offered to put it half way down which she was happy with. Then an hour later she asked (well, practically demanded) that i close the blind as the sun was "reflecting off the wall" into her eyes... what you mean the matt finish cabin wall???? I declined saying it was 2pm in London and morning in SFO and I had no desire to sit in the dark for the next 7 hours. She wasnt happy but neither was I at being made to feel I had upset somebody.
