I didn't care for it myself. I did a back to back comparison between BA and KLM but lost all of my notes so haven't posted on FT although I still have all of the pictures I took. I did however give written feedback whilst on board but have never received any acknowledgement. (Is that typical when submitting feedback?)

KLM World Business Class beat BA Club World hands down for speed of service, presentation, quality of food and overall dining experience. Having suffered three hours for dinner service on BA, the two hour dinner service in World Business Class was most welcome. It's long overdue but KLM will start refurbishing its WBC from June this year to include flat beds.

If this trial concept was anything to go by, BA is heading in the wrong direction and it will be very disappointing if they implement it at any time in the future.
