You mean a print-out that can be 'lost' (or perhaps the machine runs out of paper or ink)?
Like the cameras that we are assured are at the checkpoint and checked regularly for functionality?
Or perhaps the print-out will be SSI, so if it comes to a court case, the government will argue that it can not be asked to actually show SSI proof.
