Did you check that the hotel allows 4 pax (I assume all adults) to stay in one room?? To my knowledge not many properties will allow this - and even if allowed, it may be cheaper to buy a second room.

I second that the hotels do not care who actually stay in each room, i.e. each room should be booked in the name of a G member, regardless if the 2 G members end up staying in the same room.
