That is true, but somehow lots of people always want to get something 'exclusive'
After a group of about 8 did this when I was in line the other week, I challenged a BAA member of staff who shrugged their shoulders and said that in T5 it was BAs problem, not theirs...
If you want a fun game to pass a few hours, try sitting at the bar stools at the far end of GC South to watch and count the people come through in the 'normal' line before ducking under the tensabarrier to get to fast track. On a delay last week, i got up to about 20 in an hour (although may have been more as I had to desert my post while 'refuelling')
