Within reason, whatever your personal preferences are. I wouldn't feel the least bit cheeky claiming for a quality 4-star, or reasonable 5-star hotel, and standard room service meals at the property.
That being said, airlines have more wiggle room with WX vs. MX, so Alain Ducasse is probably out.
