On http://www.britishairways.com/travel...l/public/en_gb, I see "Date/time changes" and "Additional Service Centre fee for date/time changes, cancellation and Avios redeposit". Am I charged BOTH of them? Are they both multiplied by the number of passengers, or just the first?
