Now the question becomes, is it legal to search for drugs in cargo with out a reason? If it is and it is found, can it be used as evidence? Our lawyer friends here will have to tell me as I do not know. We have discussed for many threads about the serendipitous finds at the CP, but what about cargo?
BTW, if they are radiationless, I may want them at the CP instead of what we have particularly if they generate fewer "false positives."
