Frankly, it's no different from WestJet's Hallowe'en sale where they say you qualify for certain fares if your last name is Black, for example.

I mean, they could say all those with last names: Chan, Chin, Chun, Wang,, Wing, Wong... ... ...

But of course, does it mean it is right to do either? I don't know... It's nice if you are able to benefit from it. Really, no big deal if you can't -- you were going to pay the other price anyway...
