Yes, in fact I've had three Amadeus locators on the one booking before. I believe that every time you have a marketing carrier different from an operating carrier you get two locators. So if you have a longish, complicated booking with a number of carriers, then yes. Might be worth giving BA a call to get the right one though, but perhaps wait until snowmageddon has died down.
