I suspect AC wants to reserve all the chinese people to buy cheap plane tickets to go anywhere around the world to see their family and relatives because of the CHINESE NEW YEAR. I'm not sure but I know the chinese new year date (Only from Feb 1 to Feb 7).

YYZ means Toronto? I'm aware that there are lots of chinese people who live there!
