Booking ref. for BA metal on AA code; Double booking
Two questions please:

1. I have a JFK-LHR-DEL booked on the AA code share, with both flights operated by BA metal. I have the AA Sabre reference. Travel is still a few weeks away, but ticket has been issued.

Should there not be an Amadeus ref automatically created by BA already which should include these flights?

2. If I have two bookings on the same flight. Say JFK-LHR. One ticketed and the other unticketed. At what point does the system pick it up? And presumably cancel the unticketed one?
