The header is to be taken with a grain of salt and a smile. I'm generally a glass is half full kind of guy and just relayed some observations after having spent a fair bit of time on these aircraft. The thread was prompted by a fellow FT-er who having recently travelled on these aircraft commented that he thought these aircraft got a bit of a bad rap. From a work point of view, I don't mind them at all, and from a customer point of view I find they are fairly consistent with the domestically configured aircraft that I've experienced on UA/US/DL/AS from the West Coast as a revenue passenger. Do we prefer XM'd aircraft?? Absolutely.
