Once they have a fix for the issue maybe all the airplanes will have to go back to Boeing for it or it can be done at the airlines maintenance base so when this happens they would get permission to ferry 3904 out of NRT. It will be interesting to see the progress of this issue.
Im sure if theres a fix that they can do themselves that UA will work it out with ANA a *A partner to fix UAs bird sitting @ NRT, rather then chance ferrying anywhere.
