Grounded means Grounded, so much so from what Ive read even Boeing cant send a completed one up for the necessary test flights, which x amount of flights and hours needs to be flown before they can turn it over to the Buyer.

Eventually when the FAA approves of a fix they will allow Im sure the planes with the fix to be tested
