If UA wants to being 3904 back to IAH or LAX what can of permission do they need from the FAA. Will the FAA even let them do this. Does Grounded mean absolote Grounding, ferry flights included.
Grounded means Grounded, so much so from what Ive read even Boeing cant send a completed one up for the necessary test flights, which x amount of flights and hours needs to be flown before they can turn it over to the Buyer.
Eventually when the FAA approves of a fix they will allow Im sure the planes with the fix to be tested
