At the very least, even if the pax could clear him/herself after an invasive and protracted secondary, he/she would probably be on a CBP watch list and face a secondary for the rest of his/her life.
Should have read the entire post. These devices are for CARGO Screening, not passenger. When I saw this on the TSA web I somehow knew that someone here would make that kind of assumption.

Now, if you try and pack yourself into a box and have yourself shipped as cargo I can see you being scanned by them.
