I had a junior suite last time, and it has two tv, well, I think that's the difference compared to the studio suite according to the room description.
Glad that you enjoy KL=)

We arrived at the airport on LH F, and they provide an arrival service. We were met at the jet bridge by 2 helpful agents, who escorted us to immigration, baggage claim, customs, and to the KLIA train (they recommended taking the train so I did not argue)
28 minute train ride, then a 12 minute taxi ride to the hotel. Hotel and surrounding streets were packed with people (late evening) as there was an Indian Festival going on (harvest festival, sorry I do not know the proper name.)
Check in area/lobby was very crowded, but we were helped right away. My impression was that the check-in clerk was new, as this was not the best experience. A supervisor kept looking over her shoulder, and whispering things into her ear. She forgot to ask about plat amenity, so the supervisor asked if we wanted points or amenity.
It took a few minutes as she kept going in the back to photocopy things (3 times). We asked her to confirm our room type and she hesitantly said "Junior" and I said "suite?" and she said "yes". She did not give us any information about the executive lounge, and I forgot to ask. She was friendly and polite, but kept giggling.
We went to our room and in was nice and comfortable, but it was not a junior suite. I later looked at room types on line, and it may have been a studio suite, but I estimated our room size at 500 square feet, and a studio suite is listed as over 650 square feet. My wife and I were sufficiently satisfied with the room (and tired) so we stayed put. Our bags were delivered about 3 minutes after we got to our room.
Other than that, our experience at the JW KUL was great. Breakfast in the Shook buffet was excellent. We had breakfast in the lounge our last morning and it was really nice also. The lounge had a very good evening spread as well as afternoon tea/snacks/deserts.
Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, from concierge desk to bell staff and everyone else we had contact with.
We went on 2 guided tours and did some exploring on our own (and lots of eating.) The Pavillion Mall (right across the street) has a great food court and we sampled a few of the selections there for lunch one day.
Checked out about 7:15am (weekday) for a 10:30 flight, and took a taxi - 120 Ringgit (about $40 usd) and 45 minutes later (light traffic) we were back at the airport for our long journey home.
My wife and I loved Kuala Lumpur and hope to visit again soon and explore more of the country.
I forgot to mention this was my first check-in as a Platinum Premier, and since I was not expecting any difference, I was not disappointed!
I feel this hotel is a tremendous value for the price/category (4)
