Just noticed another thing... they claim that the "no go" decision was made at 0839. Can't have been (unless it was Dutch time - but aviation logs normally show Zulu time, i.e., GMT). I was at Norwich Station at 0845 buying my ticket home.

(Or does "CITY INFO HOUR LOCAL" mean that the time was indeed Dutch time? The phrase doesn't really make a lot of sense)
