I remember when I booked my RTW ticket, I saw 1-2 days of disappearing availability, which then returned.
It look like there is no availability from VIE to either YYZ or JFK on OS starting August 2013.
My speculation is they are reassessing award availability due to the reconfiguration of the business class cabin. I don't have the seat maps but the newer cabins tend to be lower density (fewer eats). So OS management may be seeing a change in booking demand because of the new product.
