No MQD rollover and there is still plenty of reason to keep flying. Assuming that they DM is going to keep flying a significant amount in subsequent years, there is no disincentive. Many will blow away the 25,000 in AMEX spending anyway. If they don't have the plans to continue flying and spending, then Delta doesn't want them that bad anyway.
