It would then appear the wynn/encore didnt want to pay the fee to be rated by AAA for 2013 in my opinion. If they are not 4 or 5 star thats the only explanation.

Same deal with banyan tree mayakoba not being on either list but the fairmont mayakoba is on the 5 star. Banyan tree not paying the fee to be rated.
