If you're going back the other way in F then yes, you can use any Oneworld lounge at HKG. CX Gold is only good enough for the business class lounges I'm afraid.

Yes am in F the other way around. Looking on the CX forum it doesnt seem clear if it will be open any time soon so fingers crossed!
