Thatīs true. But some RC-properties lost 5 Diamond Award last years (Miami, Bachelor Gulch) and some are 4 Diamon, what I doesnīt understand (Dove Mountain). At Vegas for Example Bellagio is still 5 Diamond - a great yoke!
I think, with Wynn it isnīt a quality issue, because itīs not even 4 Diamond any more.
