No ATM fees, no foreign transaction fees, and spot rates, which is a major advantage. I've actually occasionally gotten FX rates slightly better than what they should be in HK, where the exchange rate is pegged to a very narrow range (around HKD 7.75 to USD 1). Tell me another card that can do that Best debit card for overseas use ever!
