I am still confused

How could it be a ticket number with 589 when you took DL and AI.

Is it a forced pricing by your travel agent? In the past, i have seen few itineraries on 589 stock even though there is only 1 domestic flight on jet. They were wrongly priced and offered. I have seen many people were successful in taking flights, however few of them have to eat the ticket value.These are common to HYD and MAA. The 589 ticket stock clearly defines that the routing portion has to be more than 60% or more on jet.

Regarding charges,kindly post the flight details.Are you sure you agent issued one single ticket?------- Could be a change that it could be one reservation with 2 different tickets?

If you find that it was incorrectly ticketed -- 589 stock, even though only 1 domestic flight on Jet Airways,you might end up paying the penalty and travel agent is likely to get a debit memo.
