I wouldn't hold out any hope of a BR in BLI, in the near or long term. AS is in the habit of closing BR's lately (like the one in YVR) rather than opening them. SJC is the only airport that's been floated for a new BR, and perhaps SAN has a chance now that AS is starting to have a serious presence there.
