Hi guys. Thanks for your help. I volunteered off the flight and was given a night in a hotel and around 400 pounds. Even though I volunteered they treated it like an involuntary boarding and fully comped me for this. My only problem was the jetblue flight. The person at virgin I've been speaking to refused to give any more compensation. I asked this to be forwarded to a supervisor and he said that one would review my case and email me within 21 days. I'm not expecting a good response from them as it sounds like they are just having somebody get back to me with the same decision as the first guy. Thanks for your help and I'll let you know what the end result is.
