Hub-Hub flights are always difficult. PXH-PHL is less about O&D than PHX-TATL with the PHL connection. Not only are paid Envoy pax occupying domestic F on the domestic segment, but that is a class of traveler with significant BIS miles under his belt even if only a few times per year.
