Call me a cynic, but that's probably being a bit generous to BA's IT dept . This happens all the time for upgrades paid for through MMB, irrespective of class. The helpful folks at BAEC have told me that it is a known "issue" and will be resolved (but that was maybe 18 months ago). However, as mentioned above, a call to the BAEC usually sorts it all out fairly smartly - they can see what really happened.
