Is there any way to be granted status at the start of the challenge? When I did some other challenges moving from one provider to another I was granted the status at the start that applied for the duration of the challenge and would then be extended upon completion of the challenge. The response from Starwood said that you get status after completing. Any way to avoid this? I want to move to Starwood in the next couple months but would prefer to not have to first get in 20 nights with no status/perks at all.
