Note, if you are on BA294, it is not a Sleeper Service - even though there is a full (and very decent) dining service in the seperate lounge, in good time for departure, they still serve a full service on board.

I'm not sure why this flight is not a Sleeper Service, I'm of the opinion that adjusting to London time and bedding down as soon as possible is better on the body clock.
