I downloaded the free sample chapter 6. It was a sobering read on how Bill Marriott got into health trouble. He wrote about how he picked up his father's habit of worrying and how the stress from that and a sedentary lifestyle with too many heavy late night dinners led to three heart attacks. He wrote about how Marriott was able to function during the 6 months it took him to recover from that.
I was convinced when he wrote about his experience with doing Pilates for better flexibility. I like to lift weights, but I am going to start taking Pilates as well.
