To be blunt, if someone come in and starts off their posting with a rant and the implied "Im not flying AA again" teddy throwing , it cannot be too surprising if the responses are not that positive

I suspect if the poster had come on and detailed clearly the events that had happened without the DYKIA attitude , that the responses given might well have been different

From the rant, it is not possible to tell whether the person was or was not wronged by AA
