I would assume it cannot be to deep into the process, I just stayed at this hotel about a week ago and all was good. A Great choice as it is close to the MAX, and plenty of food and shopping options within a few small blocks. We enjoyed the stay, we were also comped breakfast which was very good and put in a nice high floor corner room. I would take the risk anyday
