VX751 leaves out just about empty every day...That flight makes them no money worthwhile however it is a good flight to have to build connecting traffic to their other destinations and move the aircraft to where they really need it which is SFO. The flight will board quickly and depart early so you shouldn't have a problem. Terminal 2 in SFO is roomy but not huge by any means as they only have about 8 gates? if that....the flight will not depart from the international terminal. You should make your connection no problem.
