How much attention do the border agents put on each passport- would I get someone who doesn't bother to go through the details and just deport me? Would I be risking deportation every time I leave and come back?
3. Since the matter is resolved anyways, is there a way to get the flag taken off my passport? Lawyer? Letters? How bad is a "cancelled" visa?
4. I already got my first entry stamped today- showing that at least 1 immigration officer thinks I'm ok. Does this make it easier the 2nd time I leave?
5. I also have a second visa that the UK messed up the dates on and there's a "cancelled without prejudice" mark on it. Is that bad too? Do I have to explain that?
1) Yes, likely on every entry for the next few years.
2) Highly unlikely that there will be a refusal of entry unless other circumstances of yours change in the interim. It is not an entirely uncommon situation.
3) The information will remain on your record regardless of any actions you take, but alerts will be removed in time. It is not a prejudicial item in itself, but a pattern of this kind of action could be prejudicial in the future.
4) Yes, you will be quicker to clear in the future but will likely be flagged every time in the immediate future.
5) CWOPs are administrative errors. They will not cause any issues.
