Thanks for the help! Hmm, put my codes in and they zero value. What's AA policy on refunding e-certs if a schedule change is more then 60 min. I would like this info before I give them a call.
Any tips/ideas. Over at DL, if you don't get the answer you like simply hang up and call back and keep asking and they usually find a way to get it done. Same at AA?
