Only if they want to have their account audited and probably lose that status and all miles. It would be easy for DL to flag accounts which might have fraudulent addresses.

This isn't like the early days of FT where lots of people had their FF account stuff sent to the HOM so that folks who otherwise wouldn't qualify because they had nonUSA addresses could participate in FF programs.
