Not true. My cable company is worse, and so is my private health insurance, and don't get me started about the nonsensical bureacracy that goes on at my corporate workplace. But the other day I got my driver's license renewed quite quickly and pleasantly at the DMV, then stopped at the post office where I sent a physical document thousands of miles for much, much less cost than private FedEx or UPS. I was dealing with the tax folks over a simple misunderstanding that they resolved quickly and politely, and in my favor. The roads I drove on to get around were great. My mom gets her social security money right on time every month. And government created this internet thingy.
