NZ1/NZ2 sleep strategy
I had a quick look but could only find this question answered for AKL-HKG-LHR and would be really interested in your collective wisdom. How would you choose to sleep on NZ1 and NZ2 in order to minimise the impact of an 11/12 hr (!) time difference?
All suggestions are welcome as they have to be better than last time where I didn't sleep at all on the way out and ended up hallucinating!
And as a random aside, can anybody tell me the format of the power sockets in PE on the 777? Are they the airline ones or NZ plugs or something else?
