I have a stay this weekend with some friends at the Portland City Center. Today I received an email from their "Guest Satisfaction Advisor" alerting me to the renovations/construction going on at the hotel. Has anyone stayed there recently? How disruptive is the construction? Based on the other threads regarding this hotel and the Portland Downtown Waterfront, I chose the City Center (proximity to restaurants, etc). However, the construction has me rethinking my choice.

Any recent feedback is greatly appreciated.
