Sign up for Precheck on the airline's site by adding your trusted traveler number to your frequent flier profile. It's the number that starts with "98" that is on your Global Entry membership card. It's also on the GOES website when you look at your info on there. You have to do it for each airline...I think AA, DL, and UA support it so far at certain airports. Not sure about others.
