Tickets were indeed booked through an agent service (concur... Yuk) and I went in to change seats within an hour of getting the actual tickets issued. Maybe that plays a role, I don't know. I was able to select preferred seats, no problem. Just EC was having issues.
As long as the app will do it, I'm ok, just not very good form for Delta IT. O wait....
