I live in Arlington (well, at least I get my mail there)

In 2009, bridges were closed to personal vehicles, but Taxis and Car Services could still use the bridges - reference: http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn...010702396.html

... I would suspect/assume, the same would hold true this year, but don't quote me

* edit/add - there are also other creative workarounds, e.g. going to the foot of the Key Bridge (or any other), walking over, and then picking up your transportation of choice on the other end
