Listen, pal. Your inability to explain clearly what exactly it is you are complaining about, failing to address the fact that your first point of redress should be the credit card company, not the "consumer protection bodies", coupled with your blanket statement that the "amount cheated from us in Japan is greater than in any other country we've travelled to" tells me that you aren't really that bright and either unwilling or unable to enter into a logical discourse with people who are actually trying to help you.

I'd say lock this nonsense down, and let's move on.
