Indeed. It makes me want to doing a bit of my own targeting of my choice of credit card away from Amex.
The only thing keeping me with them is the abundance of MR bonuses at the minutes (5k for doing this, 5k for doing that), and that's easy avios.
That said, if nothing has come up by the time the FX bonus posts then I think I'm gone. Just a question of transferring my MRs to Mrs W and hoping for a better deal before she has to renew, or biting the bullet at 25%.
