I have only explored the West Coast options after a planned trip to Peru fell through.

Our original list was:

JW Camelback
Las Vegas MVC
Laguna Cliffs
Seattle

We also looked at Lake Tahoe but it was sold out.

We ended up at the JW Camelback which was a fabulous property.
