I often leave daytime for China , BKK being my temporary base. I did not even know that I can use the SQ lounge , Thai C is ok for me . Actually anything is ok for me as long as they have coffee and it does not rain through the roof .

How on earth would you achieve P for 17.000 USD paid tickets . You are not considering Burma-related error fares are you ?
